Crypto Market Wrap Sept 21: Bitcoin (BTC) and Ether (ETH) Sell Off

Market Wrap: Bitcoin (BTC) and Ether (ETH) both dropped Monday as global markets conducted a selling session. Bitcoin price fell sharply Monday, with a lengthy sell-off session starting around 12:00am ET and dropping to as low as $10,179 on some spot exchanges before rebounding to approx. $10,500. The second largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization, Ether (ETH) was down trading around $345 and slipping approx. 7% in 24 hours as of 5:00pm ET.

Governments continue to print money and questions are left unanswered due to covid.We’re seeing risk-off across all the markets right now which is having a direct effect on crypto.”
